The Interrupters Perform All Acoustic Set Live + Covers Be My Baby

I seen The Interrupters in Morrison Colorado @ Red Rocks Amphitheater. It was one of the best nights in my life. Played with Dreamers & Dirty Heads .They stole the show, the energy was amazing.

Rarely felt so much punk rock and ska vibes in an acoustic setting. Amazing!

After boring years with music, here we are ! they are ! Aimee, you're always the sun ...🌹

I think that Tim Armstrong's affair with Joan Jett did something really special for music: Aimee must be their daughter. That is the only way I can explain a voice like that... I've been waiting for a new band to come out with the musical energy and intellectual power that they do.

I grew up listening to bands like the Toasters, the Specials, Madness, the Beat, the Untouchables...... to hear these youngs kids with the Ska vibe is totally cool. I enjoyed the hell out of the that!!!

that was completely enjoyable, they sound great acoustically...Aimee is the best female vocalist around these days even without the synths, bells, whistles and over production of all those popular female singers(notice I just call them singers, Aimee is a true vocalist)out there, with just a couple of acoustic guitars behind her she has more power and clarity in her voice than any of those others could muster...bravo

Like an old friend you come by in time. I remember downloading "I start a revolution" in Kazaa and reading about her and this fact that she couldn't sleep and I was goin throught the same thing. I find her again, trying to relive those years (don't know why, indeed) but is nice to see her again. And now I can hear the rest of her songs.

I'm a 57 year old relic but I know what I like and I'm 18 till I die this group are fantastic I've seen most of the two tone groups live back in thr day.electric ballroom Dingwall s Dublin castle ..dangermen looked familiar 🤔.

I grow up with the British 2 tone movement, still big today, but also love Queen, and post punk and new wave, oasis, original ska, rocksteady and reggae especially early boss skinhead reggae, soul, northern soul, motown.

Saw Aimee on the HAPPINESS tour. She played the version on her album of "Crazy" without the call and response that her and Scott did on the SCOTT AND AIMEE album. I started singing his part... she waited until the chorus and then walked over to my side of the stage, sang the call, and shoved the mic in my face to sing the response! SO FUN! Got to hang with her and the bass player for a bit after the show and she (and the bass player) were so cool and signed a poster... great night! Love this stuff too!

I saw The Interuters open for Sick of it all & Rancid and I absolutely no clue who they were and they blew my mind! There is nothing like being blown away by a band you have never heard of! In 1998 at Ozzfest the same thing happened, the opening band was unbelievable! I'm sure most of you have heard of them, System of a down!
